Orders containing pre-order items: Will be processed and shipped within 15 business days.

Under normal circumstances, delivery takes 5-7 business days (if delivery time is affected by force majeure, a notice will be posted on the store's homepage).

The shipping address must be confirmed before placing the order; it cannot be changed after the order has been shipped.

After the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can use this number to check the package status and estimated delivery time (the tracking portal may take up to 48 hours to update).
