We currently ship within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO or military addresses.

Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse using reliable carriers such as FedEx.

Please note: We are unable to ship Pilates reformers to PO Box addresses. A valid residential or commercial street address is required.

Our Pilates reformers are currently sold on a pre-order basis. Pre-order items are expected to be processed and shipped within 15 business days.

Once your order has shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a significant shipping delay occurs, we will provide updates whenever possible.

Free shipping is available for eligible Pilates orders within our standard delivery area, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Any additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, delivery redirection, or reshipment may be the responsibility of the customer.

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order. Make sure your street address, apartment or unit number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code are complete and accurate.

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address generally cannot be changed.

If the carrier allows an address correction or rerouting request, additional shipping or service fees may apply.

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery. If the package shows visible signs of damage, we recommend taking clear photos of the packaging and product before unpacking whenever possible.

If your order is delivered by freight and a Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt is provided, any visible shipping damage should be noted on the document before signing for the shipment.

If your Pilates reformer arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Damage to the outer packaging alone does not necessarily indicate damage to the product. If the packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact and functions normally, a replacement may not be necessary.

Eligible orders within our standard U.S. shipping area are shipped domestically from our U.S. warehouse. Customers will not be charged additional customs duties upon delivery.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other customer-related circumstances, we will attempt to contact you.

Additional shipping, storage, return, or reshipment fees may apply if the order must be redirected or shipped again.

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment status and estimated delivery date.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available or update in the carrier's system.
